At 7PM Monday, December 12th, join us for an intimate Club 31 presents a pop-up event, featuring a tasting and à la carte menu prepared by Chef Ashley Wentling, a true farm to table menu highlighting her love for handmade slow food. Your ticket will include:
1 welcome drink (all subsequent wine pours and bottles priced separately)
3 course meal
Burlesque show
Live DJ sets til close
Street parking available
Vegan/gluten free options available upon request
$125 per person (+20% gratuity totaling $150)
Ashley Wentling is a chef and illustrator from the Bay Area, California. Based in London, she has been consulting and training chefs around the world since 2017. Offering a fresh take on typical menu writing, she uses her Californian, produce-centric style, with nods to her 11 years of classical French training under Michelin Starred chefs.
Ticket includes a welcome glass of natural wine by Melody Wine Bar, LA’s favorite local bungalow hot spot. Wines by the glass and bottle available for purchase pre, during, and post dinner.
Dinner includes a two-part Burlesque performance from Jay Bee and Sister Void throughout the meal. Melody Wine Bar is open from 6PM-midnight, dinner is served at 7PM. Live DJ set by Sandrine Somé from 9PM to close, presented by Club 31.
