'ASH Brunch: LA Pop-Up' is presented by Chef Ashley Wentling, Club 31, Warehouse 99 and Sister Void. Ashley Wentling is a London-based chef and illustrator from the Bay Area. Back in LA for her 2nd ASH pop-up, this time she'll be serving her take on a classic brunch menu. Come taste a range of pastries, savory snacks, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks and other libations. Order off the à la carte menu and chill to the sounds of Club 31 DJ sets. Plus, an unforgettable Burlesque performance by Sister Void will be enjoyed for a brunch party you won't forget.

I’m popping up once more, with a farm-to-table comfort food menu to celebrate the long awaited arrival of the freshest spring produce; the promise of which single-handedly got me through the winter! After extensive ingredient sourcing, connecting with growers and producers who make the most beautiful products and endless taste tests, I have the found best potatoes you’ve ever had, the nuttiest freshly milled flours, the yummiest small batch cheeses, as well as a whole host of other fun surprises for you to come sample.
Each dish was created while cooking for my friends and family, so grab a seat at our table and come eat some proper home cooking at my favorite neighborhood spot. Come hungry and thirsty so you can peruse their impressive beer and wine selection and get ready for a night of fun!
