Ashley Wentling is a chef & illustrator from Northern California. Now based in London, she has been menu consulting, recipe developing & training chefs around the world since 2017. Offering a fresh take on typical menu writing, she uses her Californian, produce centric style, with nods to her 15 years of classical French training under Michelin Starred chefs & judges of the Bocusador World Chef Competition.

She describes her cuisine as farm-to-table comfort food.

She has collaborated with major brands such as Gucci, Puma & Pepsi-co, & been featured in publications such as Elle Magazine, Arab News, Savior Flair, Star Chefs, & The Contra Costa Times. Her past clients include the board of directors at companies including Google, Amazon, Instagram, & Facebook.
